Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.75-oz.) can salmon drained
  • 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Number of Servings: 4

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Place in smaller loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
