Beef and Pork Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 3/4 lb. ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 T. prepared mustard

Cooking Instructions

Combine beef, pork, egg, oatmeal, dressing, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, and pepper and form into 1-inch balls. Combine tomato soup, catsup, and mustard. Pour half of tomato soup sauce in greased 2-quart, oblong baking dish. Place the meatballs in dish. Spoon the rest of sauce on top of each meatball. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over rice.
