Buffalo Chicken Bites

Number of servings: 8

2 (8-oz) cans Pillsbury Crescent refrigerated seamless dough sheets

1 c. diced cooked chicken

2 T. wings sauce

2 T. Dorothy Lynch Salad Dressing

1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozarrella cheese

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 T. chopped scallions

Cooking Instructions:
Cut each dough sheet into 16 rectangles. Place the rectangles on ungreased cookie sheets. In small bowl mix wings sauce and Dorothy Lynch together. In larger bowl mix chicken, blue cheese, cream cheese and scallions together. Mix in sauce. Spoon mixture on half of each rectangle and fold dough over filling. Press edges together with fork to seal. Bake at 350 degrees 13 -16 minutes or just until golden brown.

Notes:
Can serve with a side of Dorothy Lynch to use as dipping sauce.
