Sparky's Spicy Brisket Street Tacos

Number of servings: 2

2 Cups Chopped Smoked Beef Brisket (Hormel)

1/4 Cup Sparky's Wing & Dippin' Sauce (or Sparky's Fire)

1/4 Cup Dorothy Lynch Home Style Dressing

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Chopped Red Onion

1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

12 Mini Flour or Corn Tortillas

Shredded Colby or Monterey Jack Cheese

Chopped Cilantro

Daisy Sour Cream

Caramelized Onions (Sauté sliced red onions, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in medium-size pan over medium heat. 2. Add onions and garlic...sauté for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add brisket, sauté till thoroughly heated. 4. Add Sparky's Wing & Dippin' Sauce and Dorothy Lynch Home Style Dressing and simmer. 5. Warm tortillas and fill with brisket meat. 6. Top with cheese, sour cream, cilantro and caramelized onions.
