Dorothy Lynch KC Style BBQ Sauce

Number of servings: 8

1 T. vegetable oil

1/2 c. minced onion

1 tsp. chopped garlic

12 oz. tomato paste

2 c. water

2 c. Dorothy Lynch Salad Dressing

1 tsp. yellow mustard

1 T. worcestershire sauce

2 T. vinegar

2 T. molasses

1 tsp. liquid smoke

1/2 tsp. each of salt, black pepper, celery seed

Cooking Instructions:
Saute onion and garlic in the vegetable oil, then combine all remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Great on beef or pork ribs.
