Dorothy Lynch KC Style BBQ

Number of servings: 8

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 cup minced onion

1 tsp chopped garlic

12 oz tomato paste

2 cups water

2 cups Dorothy Lynch

1 tsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp worcestershire

2 tbsp vinegar

2 tbsp molassas

1 tsp liquid smoke

1/2 tsp each of salt, black pepper, celery seed

Cooking Instructions:
Saute onion and garlic in the vegetable oil, then combine all remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes then cool completely.
