Baked Beans

4 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 cans (31 oz. each) pork and beans, drained
1/2 cup DOROTHY LYNCH HOME STYLE DRESSING
1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, leaving drippings. Fry onion and garlic in bacon drippings until onion is tender and transparent. Remove onion and garlic with slotted spoon, leaving drippings. Crumble bacon. Place beans in 2-quart casserole; add bacon, onion, garlic and all remaining ingredients. Stir to blend well. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Remove cover during last 10 minutes, if less liquid is desired. 10 servings.
