Chile Chicken Nugget Nibbles

1/4 cup cornmeal
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
2 medium skinned and boned chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 T melted butter or margarine
4 T honey
1/4 cup DOROTHY LYNCH HOME STYLE DRESSING
1/4 cup barbecue sauce

In a plastic bag combine cornmeal, chili powder, garlic salt, pepper and red pepper. Coat chicken pieces with melted butter or margarine. Put pieces into bag. Close bag and shake to coat chicken. Place chicken pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, turning pieces once.

For dipping sauce, in a small bowl combine honey, DOROTHY LYNCH HOME STYLE DRESSING and barbecue sauce. Mix well. Serve chicken with dipping sauce. 4 servings.
