Mustard-Herb Chicken

1/4 cup DOROTHY LYNCH HOME SYTLE DRESSING
1 T Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2 2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces

Preheat the broiler. In a small saucepan, combine DOROTHY LYNCH HOME STYLE DRESSING, mustard, oregano and crushed red pepper. Cook and stir until heated through.

Place chicken pieces, skin side down, on an unheated rack in a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush chicken with mustard glaze. Turn pieces and broil about 15 minutes more or until meat is no longer pink. Brush with glaze and broil for 5 minutes more. 4 servings.
