1 1/2 lbs. ground beef Combine all ingredients and form into 1-inch balls. Combine tomato soup, catsup, and mustard. Pour half of tomato soup sauce in greased 2-quart, oblong baking dish. Place the meatballs in dish. Spoon the rest of sauce on top of each meatball. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serve over rice. |
