Sweet and Tangy BBQ Sausage

1 Smoked Sausage Link
1 1/2 Green Bell Peppers
1 medium Onion
1/2 Cup Dorothy Lynch Dressing
1/2 Cup your favorite BBQ sauce

Slice the Sausage into 1/4" thick medallions Slice the peppers and onions into manageable lengths. Saute' the sausage in a large skillet, then add the peppers and onions. Let them cook 3-4 minutes. Then add the Dorothy Lynch and the BBQ sauce, cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice.
