Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) Cook chicken (poach or boil) and shred with forks. Add dressing while chicken is still warm. Add salt & pepper to taste, if desired. Best if made ahead, refrigerated & then reheated before serving. Put large spoonful of chicken mixture in center of tortilla, add toppings as desired, and roll or fold.
