Butternut Squash Mashed with Dorothy Lynch

Ingredients

  • 2 med. butternut squash, halved lengthwise, seeds removed
  • 16 oz. bottle Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 400. Place butternut squash halves on a large baking sheet. Fill the middle of each squash with Dorothy Lynch Home Style. Season with salt and black pepper. Roast 25 minutes or until flesh is fork-tender. Pour liquids from middle into bowl. Scoop out squash, add to liquids and blend. No butter or brown sugar needed - just salt and pepper to taste!
