Dorothy Lynch Cheese Ball Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon (cooked, drained and crumbled
)
  • 1 lb. fat free cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch Light & Lean
  • 1 c. chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

Number of Servings: 8

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Dorothy Lynch Light & Lean. Mix well and form into a ball. 
In a shallow dish, mix together the parsley and chopped walnuts. Roll cheese ball in mixture to coat. Refrigerate until chilled.
