Tuna Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style or Light & Lean
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. dry macaroni
  • 1 (5-oz.) can tuna
  • 1 c. frozen peas, blanched
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Number of Servings: 6

Cooking Instructions

Mix Dorothy Lynch Home Style and mayonnaise together and set aside. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain, rinse under cold water, drain thoroughly. Add tuna, peas and cheese. Pour mixed dressing on top and toss before serving.

 

Notes:
An easy way to blanch the peas is to put them in the bottom of a colander or strainer before you drain the macaroni.
