Dorothy Lynch Tailgate BBQ Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
  • 3 T. honey
  • 2 T. yellow mustard (or Dijon for more kick)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 24 chicken wings

Number of Servings: 8

Cooking Instructions

In a small saucepan, bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat and cook, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes. Pour mixture over 24 chicken wings (we like to separate the drumsticks and wings, discarding the wing tip joint) and either bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, turning once, or grill over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning and basting often.
