Baked Breaded Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. panko breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions

Marinate chicken breasts in Dorothy Lynch Home Style in a Ziploc® bag in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more (I put mine in the refrigerator in the morning and take it out when ready to bake). Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove chicken breast from Ziploc® bag, leaving a thin coating on each breast. Roll chicken in breadcrumbs and place on non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes (or more depending on thickness of the breast).
