Apricot Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts, halved
  • 3/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 envelope (1 1/4-oz.) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • Number of Servings: 6

Cooking Instructions

Arrange chicken, skin-side up, in 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour. Uncover and carefully baste with sauce. Continue baking, uncovered for 15 minutes until cooked as desired.
