Ingredients
- 1 (13-oz.) smoked sausage link
- 1 1/2 green bell peppers
- 1 med. onion
- 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch
- 1/2 c. of your favorite BBQ sauce

Cooking Instructions
Slice the sausage into 1/4" thick medallions. Dice the peppers and onions. Sauté the sausage in a large skillet, then add the peppers and onions. Let them cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add the Dorothy Lynch and BBQ sauce, cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice.
