Ingredients
- 2 c. unpeeled apple, shredded
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 c. cranberries, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. English walnuts, chopped

Cooking Instructions
Mix eggs, Dorothy Lynch Home Style and sugar together. In another bowl mix salt, flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Combine with egg mixture. Stir in carrots, apples, cranberries and walnuts. Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.
