Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 - 12 potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 - 12 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 2 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • Squirt of mustard
  • 1 T. Dorothy Lynch
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Cooking Instructions

Boil, cool, peel and dice potatoes. Boil eggs and slice. Set aside. Blend Miracle Whip, milk, Dorothy Lynch and mustard in a bowl. Add celery seed, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix well. Add in onion and eggs. Pour over potatoes and fold together. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
