Dorothy’s Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can light tuna in water
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 2 T. Dorothy Lynch
  • 2 T. Miracle Whip salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • Shredded parmesan cheese

Number of Servings: 4

Cooking Instructions

Drain tuna and flake with a fork in a mixing bowl. Add Dorothy Lynch and Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise) and mix well. Shred romaine lettuce and place equal amounts on 4 dinner plates. Using the tuna mixture divide among the four plates with a large scoop of tuna in the center of the lettuce on each plate. Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese on top of the salad. Can top salad with more Dorothy Lynch.

A fresh take on tuna salad. Perfect for a light summer dinner. Can serve with whole wheat toast triangles.
