- Lettuce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 hard boiled egg

Cooking Instructions
Tear lettuce into a bowl; add onion to taste and chopped boiled egg (cross cut in an egg slicer works best) and top with Dorothy Lynch.
Notes:
Generally use iceberg lettuce, but fresh garden lettuce is even better! This has been a family favorite for many years - simple, but delicious.
