Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1 sm. can chopped black olives
  • 1 sm. jar chopped pimento
  • 1/4 green pepper, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • Dorothy Lynch

Number of Servings: 8

Cooking Instructions

Boil macaroni with salt as per package directions. Cool. Add vegetables and enough dressing to cover the macaroni mixture. Stir well and refrigerate.

 

Notes:
I also use seasonal vegetables. May add tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms or any other favorites. It's a favorite for meals at the lake.
