American Goulash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 sm. sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lg. green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • 1 med. tomato, chopped
  • 1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • 8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained (macaroni or fusilli)
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in nonstick skillet. Stir in Dorothy Lynch Home Style, tomato, corn and chili powder. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Stir in pasta and heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
