Dorothy Goes to Buffalo Wing Sauce


  • 2 c. cayenne hot pepper sauce
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 c. Dorothy Lynch

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Makes a perfect sauce for chicken wings. If you cook wings in advance put sauce on the wings and cook additional 10 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize. Yields 6 1/2 cups.


To cut the kick of the hot sauce, simply add a few tablespoons of melted butter.
