Dorothy Goes to Thailand Pasta Salad


  • 3 baked chicken breasts; shredded into thin strips
  • 1 (7-oz.) pkg. penne pasta (or substitute your favorite), cooked
  • 2 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style Salad Dressing
  • 1 c. Thai peanut sauce
  • 1/2 c. sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 (24-oz.) pkg. broccoli slaw
  • 1/2 c. cashews

Cooking Instructions

Cook penne pasta. Drain and run under cold water to cool. Mix together the Dorothy Lynch Home Style and Thai peanut sauce in a bowl. Combine the chilled pasta, broccoli slaw, red pepper, cashews and chicken. Pour sauce mixture over the top and mix well. Chill and serve. Makes a large batch!
