Dorothy Lynch Gluten Free Hot Turkey Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • 2 T. horseradish, drained
  • 1 T. sweet relish, drained
  • 2 c. grated Swiss Cheese (about 8 oz.)
  • 2 oz. deli-sliced turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained, patted dry and chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh chives

Number of Servings: 8

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the cream cheese, Dorothy Lynch, horseradish, and relish with a mixer until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in Swiss cheese, turkey, sauerkraut, and chives. Spread the dip into a 1 qt. casserole dish and bake until browned and bubbling, about 15 - 20 minutes.
