Ingredients
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. Dorothy Lynch
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1 T. worcestershire sauce
- 2 T. vinegar
- 2 T. molasses
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. each of salt, black pepper, celery seed

Cooking Instructions
Sauté onion and garlic in the vegetable oil, then combine all remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Great on beef or pork ribs.
