Dorothy’s Asian Basting Sauce / Marinade / Stir Fry Sauce


  • 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin

Cooking Instructions

Combine and mix all ingredients until smooth and consistent. Baste or marinate chicken, pork, or salmon. This can also be used as a glaze for stir fry vegetables. Sauté vegetables on medium-high heat until crisp and tender. After the vegetables are ready, pour 2 T. of Dorothy’s Asian sauce over vegetables and continue to cook for a minute or until vegetables are completely covered. Serve glazed vegetables with your stir fried meat and rice.
