- Light/lite mayonnaise or salad dressing (gluten free)
- Pickle relish
- 1 boiled egg white

This recipe is "open to taste" and your own preferences! Take 1/3 to 1/2 of a bottle of Regular or Fat Free Dorothy Lynch and mix with enough mayonnaise or salad dressing to create a pinkish color. Add pickle relish to taste. Dorothy Lynch already has a complementary 'kick!' Add one finely diced egg white. Then lightly sprinkle with paprika. Whip mixture with a fork prior to pouring into a serving bowl. For effect, garnish the serving bowl with one or two small stalks of celery that have been cut into brushes.
Store any unused dressing that was not enjoyed during your meal into an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Be sure to follow food safety rules and use within a few days.
