Easy Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 c. cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. sliced grapes
  • 1 T. chopped onion
  • 1 T. chopped parsley
  • Season salt

Number of Servings: 6

Cooking Instructions

Combine Dorothy Lynch and salad dressing (mayo) together in large bowl. Add rest of ingredients and mix together till well blended. Chill for two hours or longer. Can serve on croissants as sandwich or as a stuffed tomato salad.
