Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 c. cubed day-old bread
- 1/4 lb. ham, diced
- 1/4 c. roasted red peppers, diced
- 1/4 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 T. chives, minced
Number of Servings: 8
Cooking Instructions
Whisk together eggs, milk, Dorothy Lynch and salt. Divide half the bread among 8 ( 4-oz. sized ) greased ramekin dishes or individual baking dishes. Top with ham, roasted peppers, half the egg mixture and half the cheese. Finish with remaining bread, egg and cheese. Spread butter on top of each ramekin dish. Refrigerate overnight (optional) and bake at 350 degrees until set or about 25 minutes. Top with chives.
