Mark’s Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless Pork Loin Chops, 1/2 inch to 1 inch thick
  • 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing

Cooking Instructions

Mix Dorothy Lynch and Italian salad dressing together in gallon-size plastic bag. Add pork chops and marinate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Cook on barbecue grill, turning meat till thoroughly cooked.
