Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 T. cooking oil, enough to coat pan
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 2 T. oatmeal
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- Favorite hot sauce (to taste)

Cooking Instructions
Coat a large skillet with cooking oil. Cook the ground beef, onion and green peppers, stirring often until meat is browned. Drain off any fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Mixture should not be soupy. Serve on buns.
