Dorothy’s Easy Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb. large shrimp (26-30)
- 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style Dressing & Condiment
- 1 T. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1 bunch broccolini chopped
- 1 red pepper thinly sliced
- 4 oz. mushrooms
- 2 carrots thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. water chestnuts sliced
- 2 T. cilantro roughly chopped
- 2 green onions green and white sections sliced
- Prep time: 25 Minutes
- Cook time: 10 Minutes
- Serves: 4
The Method
- Combine the sauce ingredients and set aside (Ingredients 2-5 in ingredient list).
- Layer the bottom of a heavy pan or wok with cooking oil.
- When hot, add shrimp.
- Cook until pink, about 2 minutes.
- Remove the shrimp from the pan.
- Add additional oil if needed and add stir fry vegetables.
- Cook until they become bright in color and just start to soften.
- Add the shrimp back to the pan with the vegetables and pour the stir fry sauce over the ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
