- 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
