Ingredients
- 1 lb. scallops, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- Prep time: 10 Minutes
- Cook time: 5 Minutes
- Serves: 8
The Method
- Cut scallops into quarters.
- Bring a saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add scallops and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain and place in air-tight container while still hot.
- Pour in Dorothy Lynch and garlic.
- Seal the container and shake to coat.
- Marinate in refrigerator till chilled.
- Drain and serve with toothpicks.
