Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. elbow or radiatore macaroni
- 1 c. fresh cauliflower florets
- 1 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 1 c. diced cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/3 c. diced red pepper
- 1 to 1 3/4 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style or Light & Lean
- Prep time: 20 Minutes
- Cook time: 10 Minutes

The Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain thoroughly and chill with cold tap water.
- Combine the first six ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour on the desired amount of Dorothy Lynch.
- Mix well.
- Cover and chill.
