Ingredients
- 8 oz. spaghetti or mini lasagna noodles
- 2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz. ea.) sliced pepperoni
- 2 to 3 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. cauliflower florets
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 (16-oz.) bottle Dorothy Lynch Home Style or Light & Lean
- Prep time: 15 Minutes
- Cook time: 10 Minutes
- Serves: 6
The Method
- Break spaghetti into bite size pieces, cook according to package, drain, chill with cold tap water, and drain thoroughly.
- Combine first five ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Combine sour cream and Dorothy Lynch, mix well, pour over salad, and mix well.
- Can be served immediately or cover and chill.
