Julie’s Famous Ribs & Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 lbs. ribs
- 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 2 T. onion soup mix
- 1 T. honey
- 1 T. soy sauce
- Prep time: 10 Minutes

The Method
- Mix ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
- Add salt and pepper to ribs.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, turning once.
- Bake at 275 for an additional 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- When there are 45 minutes left of baking time, brush sauce on one side of the ribs.
- Let cook for 20 minutes, then brush sauce on the other side of the ribs and let cook for the remainder of the 20-25 minutes.
Note: Sauce works great on the grill, too!
