Ingredients
- 1 (15.5-oz.) container chick peas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 T. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 to 4 drops tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Fresh cilantro, finely chopped

The Method
- Combine all ingredients except paprika and cilantro in a food processor and puree.
- Refrigerate to cool.
- Sprinkle with paprika and cilantro.
