Butternut Squash Mashed with Dorothy Lynch

Ingredients
- 2 med. butternut squash, halved lengthwise, seeds removed
- 16 oz. bottle Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

The Method
- Pre-heat oven to 400.
- Place butternut squash halves on a large baking sheet.
- Fill the middle of each squash with Dorothy Lynch Home Style.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Roast 25 minutes or until flesh is fork-tender.
- Pour liquids from middle into bowl.
- Scoop out squash, add to liquids and blend.
Note: No butter or brown sugar needed – just salt and pepper to taste!
