Crispy Marinated Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. cauliflower florets
- 1/2 c. chopped green or yellow peppers
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli florets
- 8 to 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 1/4 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style or Light & Lean
- 2 T. lemon juice
- Dash garlic powder
- Dash pepper

The Method
- Place vegetables in a large salad bowl.
- Blend dressing with lemon juice and seasonings, pour over salad, and toss.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
