Ingredients
- 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- Prep time: 5 Minutes

The Method
- Combine and mix all ingredients until smooth and consistent.
- Baste or marinate chicken, pork, or salmon.
- Sauté vegetables on medium-high heat until crisp and tender.
- After the vegetables are ready, pour 2 T. of Dorothy’s Asian sauce over the vegetables and continue to cook for a minute or until the vegetables are completely covered.
- Serve glazed vegetables with your stir fried meat and rice.
Note: This can also be used as a glaze for stir fry vegetables.
