Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked farro
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/3 cup Dorothy Lynch Dressing & Condiment
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes sliced in half
- 1 cup frozen corn thawed
- 1/2 cup English Cucumbers sliced
- 1 avocado pitted and sliced
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

The Method
- Cook the Farro according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut up the chicken tenders into chunks.
- Pour cooking oil into a saucepan over medium heat.
- Place chicken in the saucepan and pour the Dorothy Lynch Dressing & Condiment over the chicken.
- Cook until the chicken is all the way cooked through.
- Prepare your vegetables.
- Slice tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.
- Cook the corn in the microwave and let it cool in the fridge.
- Prepare your grain bowls.
- Place 3/4-1 cup of farro in each bowl.
- Add chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, corn, and blue cheese into each grain bowl.
- Pack more Dorothy Lynch Dressing & Condiment to drizzle over the top of the grain bowl.
