Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style or Light & Lean
- 2 c. Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

The Method
- Preheat oil in frying pan on medium heat.
- Place one cup of dressing in a bowl.
- In another bowl, place 2 cups of bread crumbs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Mix.
- Dip chicken strips in dressing and then dip in bread crumb mix.
- Gently place in a heated frying pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
- Cook on one side till golden brown, then turn over and cook till golden brown on the other side.
