Ingredients
- 1 dz. eggs
- 3 T. Dorothy Lynch
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Paprika

The Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Using a muffin pan, place one egg in each muffin cup.
- Place muffin pan in oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove eggs from muffin pan and place in a glass bowl with cold water for 10 minutes to cool completely.
- Once eggs are cooled, peel and discard the shells.
- Slice the eggs in half, placing the egg white onto a plate or tray and set aside.
- Place the egg yolk into small mixing bowl.
- Mash the egg yolks, then slowly add in the Dorothy Lynch.
- Continue mixing until creamy but not runny.
- Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, place egg mixture into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper across the top of the deviled eggs.
- Place in refrigerator to chill. Enjoy!
