Dorothy Lynch Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 dz. eggs
  • 3 T. Dorothy Lynch
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Paprika
  • Prep time: 15 Minutes
  • Cook time: 30 Minutes
  • Serves: 8

The Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Using a muffin pan, place one egg in each muffin cup.
  3. Place muffin pan in oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove eggs from muffin pan and place in a glass bowl with cold water for 10 minutes to cool completely.
  5. Once eggs are cooled, peel and discard the shells.
  6. Slice the eggs in half, placing the egg white onto a plate or tray and set aside.
  7. Place the egg yolk into small mixing bowl.
  8. Mash the egg yolks, then slowly add in the Dorothy Lynch.
  9. Continue mixing until creamy but not runny.
  10. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
  11. Using a spoon or piping bag, place egg mixture into the egg whites.
  12. Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper across the top of the deviled eggs.
  13. Place in refrigerator to chill. Enjoy!
