Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (31-oz. each) cans pork and beans, drained
- 1/2 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- Prep time: 15 Minutes
- Cook time: 45 Minutes

The Method
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Remove bacon, leaving drippings.
- Fry onion and garlic in bacon drippings until onion is tender and transparent.
- Remove onion and garlic with slotted spoon, discard drippings.
- Crumble bacon.
- Place beans in 2-quart casserole.
- Add bacon, onion, garlic and all remaining ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Remove cover during last 10 minutes, if less liquid is desired.
