Ingredients
- 1 can light tuna in water
- 2 T. Dorothy Lynch
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 2 T. Miracle Whip salad dressing or mayonnaise
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Prep time: 10 Minutes
- Cook time: 0 Minutes
- Serves: 4
The Method
- Drain tuna and flake with a fork in a mixing bowl.
- Add Dorothy Lynch and Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise) and mix well.
- Shred romaine lettuce and place equal amounts on 4 dinner plates.
- Using the tuna mixture divide among the four plates with a large scoop of tuna in the center of the lettuce on each plate.
- Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese on top of the salad.
- Can top salad with more Dorothy Lynch.
Note: A fresh take on tuna salad. Perfect for a light summer dinner. Can serve with whole wheat toast triangles.
