Dorothy’s Turkey Shepherd Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey, browned and drained
- 1 c. Dorothy Lynch Home Style
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 4 med. potatoes mashed (with skim milk)
- 1 c. cheddar cheese
- Paprika
- Cooking spray
- Prep time: 15 Minutes
- Cook time: 30 Minutes

The Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine turkey, Dorothy Lynch and peas.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a 9×9 sprayed baking dish.
- Top the meat mixture with prepared mashed potatoes and shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle with a little paprika, along with a drizzle of Dorothy Lynch Home Style.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Season with sea salt and ground black pepper to taste.
